What a helpful book I found: It says "now is the best opportunity you will ever get to chase a dream, do something outrageous, extraordinary, fulfilling, and explore The World........... It's the perfect time to go out and meet people outside your postcode....... People who take a gap year usually emerge more mature , self-confident and focused, or at least with a bit more to talk about. Well, OK, let's do it!
