A bike ride South took me past the nearer beaches and then on through Mawnan Smith, dropping down to pretty Helford Passage. The 25% climb out again required a low gear and a high effort! The road got thinner again as I headed over to Port Navas, a picture perfect place, nestled in an inlet off the Helford River. The route back home was comparatively 'flat'.
